Ordering
We try to make the ordering process as easy as possible. As each image is different we will provide an individually tailored quote depending on your photographs and needs. To get an idea what your photos will cost to restore take a look at our restoration page or give us a call.
Stage 1 – Get in contact. We are here to help so give us a call or email us to get a rough quote and to see what we can offer you.
Stage 2 - Send us your image by either post or email if you have already scanned it. After we have recieved your photo we will give you a final quote.
Post – Please make sure you wrap your photos carefully and send by recorded delivery, we take every care we can with your images but we cant take any responsibility whilst the photos are in transit between you and us.
Email – Please make sure you send us the best quality scan you can to ensure we can produce the best results for you.
Stage 3 - Payment - We require payment at this stage before we carry out the work. This is of course refundable if you are unhappy with the work we do for you.
Stage 4 - After we have finished your restoration we will send you a proof for approval before printing your photos or sending you the final digital files.
